The identification and validation process foresees the use of a number of dedicated tools: Pre-screening Interview, Service Agreement, Information on the processing of personal data, Personal Dossier, Skills Evidences Evaluation Report, Skills Validation Grid, Skills Validation Report.

Certificates

At the end of the identification and validation process the operators will be able to produce a Professional profile validation certificate and/or a Skills validation certificate in order to certify the possession of the analyzed competencies.

Methodology

The tools description section is based on the 5W rule: WHAT: what is the described tool about, WHY: what is the tool used for, WHO: who uses it, that is to say who is in charge of the completion , WHEN: in which phase of the process is the tool used, WHERE: in which context is the tool used and accurately describes each step of the process.

Platform

The whole “paper” procedure has been also transferred on an online platform, designed according to the steps that the Identification and Validation path goes through. This is the innovative trait of the Embrace project thanks to which the operator can manage the validation process in an easiest way and so the candidate, who can work out the Personal Dossier online and at distance. In order to access the platform, please contact the partner in your country to recieve a password (see section "Partners").
